 К Welcome to the BulletMaster BBS bulletin formatting program. This          К
 К program is designed to take a standard ASCII text file and create ANSI     К
 К color, ANSI mono and ASCII bulletin screen files in one easy step.         К

 К All you do is create the message that you want in the bulletin             К
 К (including any graphics) with your favorite ASCII text editor, run         К
 К BulletMaster and they are created.  One ANSI color, one ANSI mono and      К
 К one ASCII with boarders, time and date created, your BBS name centered     К
 К at the top and your name and BBS as a signature line at the bottom.  It    К
 К will also place page pauses at the end if you wish.                        К
