ISSUE: 

Resolved a problem when unloading NETDB.NLM.  When unloading NETDB.NLM a
message appeared on the Server saying certain resources where not released. 
This version of NETDB.NLM now releases the resources and the error message no
longer appears.

    If the Server had Norton AntiVirus (NAV) running and NETDB.NLM was loaded
the Server would abend.  This version of NETDB.NLM resolves this problem.

   A problem was resolved related to the creation of TEMPFILE.000 files.
   The system console would report error 237 which means, "Insufficient
 directory space or memory to preserve TEMPFILE.000 during file erase." 
NETDB.NLM creates the TEMPFILE.000 files in the SYS:ETC\TEMP directory and is
designed to delete them and clean up all of its memory resources. Previous
versions of NETDB have not completed this process and the TEMPFILE.000 files
have  not been purged.  Setting  SYS:ETC\TEMP directory to PURGE IMMEDIATELY
 would help the previous versions complete its resource cleanup, but was only a
partial work-around.  This version of NETDB.NLM now purges TEMPFILE.000 files
every 15 minutes.  This setting is not configurable.

   A change was made to help those customers using an "on demmand" WAN link
make the initial connection when the link is down and a name resolution accross
the WAN link needs to be processed.  If you are still having problems with
this, get the latest Server TCP/IP patch.

    Note:  Unix Print Services comes with a special release of Netdb.nlm and a
Message file (.msg).  If the Netdb.nlm and Netdb.msg files contained in this
release kit are used with UXPS, there is a possability that messages returned
by Netdb.nlm may not be valid.

Installation Instructions:

Copy the file NDB32I.EXE into a temporary directory and execute NDB32I.EXE. 
Rename the current Netdb.nlm and Netdb.msg in the following directories and
replace them with the new files.

     Sys:system\netdb.nlm
     Sys:system\nls\4\netdb.msg
